A Summer evening with us can be enough to change the way you relate to your surroundings. Using your sense of smell as a tool, we will discover the aromatic treasures of our landscapes. You will learn about the plants that give the place its olfactory personality and that, with their properties, offer us exactly what we need in each season of the year. Afterward, in our workshop, you will smell the raw materials and natural perfumes obtained from the plants, understanding the artisanal processes necessary to extract all their magic. To finish, we will make a toast for nature, beauty, and friendship with a glass of aromatic local wine, and you will leave wiser, happier, made into a landscape and with a small bottle of perfume (10ml) to connect with the season and the environment, wherever you go.

The Tuesday before the date of the experience, you will receive an email with the invitation and all the necessary practical information: location, practical advice, restaurant recommendations…
INCLUDES:
-Welcome and introduction talk
-Preparatory exercises to awaken our sense of smell and open our perception of the environment

-Visit to the workshop and olfaction of perfumes and natural raw materials

-Travel Size bottle (10ml) with the INSIDE SCENT fragrance of the current season + set of postcards
LOCATION: At Mas Flaquer, 5 minutes by car from Cantallops (Alt Empordà)
TIME: We start at 11am but it is recommended to be at Mas Flaquer at 10:45am to start on time.
DURATION: About 3 hours. If people are comfortable, it can (and usually does) take a little longer. If someone needs to finish on time (because they have a reservation at a restaurant or any other commitment), it is important to let us know at the start of the activity.
CHILDREN: The experience is free for children up to 6 years old. From 7 to 14 it only costs €20. The payment is made directly at Mas Flaquer, at the end of the experience, but it is important that when making the reservation you indicate the total number of participants (including children).
PETS: We love having animals around. They are wonderful olfactory guides and they really enjoy our walks. You just have to keep in mind that there are other dogs in the farm and respect both the plants in the garden and the farm animals (sheep, ducks, and chickens).
WEATHER AND CANCELLATIONS: The olfactory walks are equally interesting when it rains. As long as it is not torrential rain or a storm with strong winds, the experience will not be canceled because it is cloudy or drizzles a bit. However, it is important to be well prepared, with a raincoat, warm clothing, and good footwear in the coldest seasons, and hats and sun cream in the hottest seasons. When rain is forecast, it is recommended to bring spare socks and footwear. On the way back to the workshop, we can warm ourselves by the fire in any of our fireplaces or wood stoves. In case of major force, we will let you know the cancellation as soon as possible. If another date cannot be found to carry out the experience, the amount paid will be fully refunded.
