Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the delivery address of the order as detailed below:

• For orders whose destination is within the peninsula, shipping is free from €50
• For orders minor to this amount, €6* will be charged per shipment.
• For the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, ask us about the shipping costs through our contact form.
• For orders within the E.U. shipping will be free from €80. For smaller orders, the cost will be €20* per shipment
• For orders outside the E.U. from €120, BRAVANARIZ will cover €20 of the total amount of the shipment.
• For orders where no individual product exceeds 30ml (packages up to 1.5kg): €55* For orders with products that exceed 30ml (packages up to 1.5kg): €75*

* In case it exceeds 1.5Kg, we will inform you of the final cost of the shipment, before making it. If the customer does not agree, we will make a full refund of the amount paid for the order. ** In the event of special promotions, the amounts of the shipping costs may vary.

Deliveries

Bravanariz will communicate the delivery time of the order upon its confirmation, but it will usually be between 48h and 72h once the order has been confirmed and successfully completed. The provision of services will be carried out on working days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays in the place of destination in the delivery period. Orders that arrive on Friday after 12 noon will not be shipped until the following Monday. We do not consider a breach of the delivery time that is caused by the absence of the recipient, incorrect address, lack of name, telephone and contact email, as well as delays caused by force majeure (storms, snow, road cuts , strikes, procedures or other actions of the Administration and/or Customs, delays of the airlines and/or shipping companies). The delivery of the merchandise will be made at the address indicated by the client, with the recipient’s signature on the transport receipt being a necessary requirement. No deliveries are made to post office boxes. In case of absence of the recipient, a delivery attempt notice will be left, as well as instructions to arrange a second delivery attempt at no additional charge. In the event of a third delivery attempt and/or incorrect address, a charge equivalent to the cost of a new shipment will be generated.
